Anna Levin

Anna O. Levin graduated from Oberlin College in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (with honors). As an undergraduate, she worked with Dr. Zaje Harrell studying the relationship between self-objectification and women's reported health behaviors. From 2004 to 2007, Anna was an analyst for a wide variety of research projects at the American Institutes for Research (AIR) Health Program, including the Consumer Assessment of Health Providers and Services (CAHPS) project. The CAHPS initiative aims to design surveys to explore patient experiences of heath care, and then to develop strategies for 1) reporting CAHPS data to various audiences in a useful and understandable manner, and 2) developing quality improvement initiatives based on CAHPS data. Anna was also project manager for a cardiovascular health project that designed a toolkit for state health departments to use in their work with employers. In September 2007, she began her studies at The Ohio State University. Her research interests include impact of cancer and cancer treatment on survivors' sexuality/sexual behavior.
