Travis Wesbrook, M.A. 

Travis earned his B.A in psychology from Vanderbilt University in 2012.  At Vanderbilt Travis worked with Dr. Lynn Walker of the Vanderbilt School of Medicine, where he examined longitudinal outcomes of young adults with chronic abdominal pain.  His senior honors thesis examined the influence of sexual and physical trauma on development and maintenance of functional gastrointestinal disorders in children and adolescents.  In Fall 2012, Travis began graduate studies in clinical psychology at The Ohio State University.  He is broadly interested in understanding how behavioral and psychological factors can influence health outcomes via immune, inflammatory, genetic, and neuroendocrine pathways. Currently, Travis is involved in multiple research projects examining cognitive, behavioral, and biological responses to chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
